Special Aromatherapy Powder for Athlete’s Foot

3 tablespoons sifted rice flour (or corn flour)
10 drops lavender essential oil
3 drops lemongrass essential oil
10 drops tea tree essential oil

Put the rice flour into a glass jar, add the oils and shake. Cover the jar with a tight-Fitting lid and allow the base to absorb the oils for 24 hours before apply­ing. Use daily to powder the affected areas. It is also helpful to sprinkle the powder inside shoes to help pre­vent reinfection and to deodorize the footwear.
