Aromatherapy Treatments for Athlete’s Foot

20ml cider vinegar
30ml distilled water or boiled water
3 drops lemongrass essential oil
3 drops tea tree essential oil
5 drops lavender essential oil

Funnel the cider vinegar into a dark glass bottle. Add the essential oils and shake well. Add the water and shake again. You will need to shake well each time before use to disperse the oils. Using cotton wool, or cotton bud if only a tiny area is affected, and apply three times a day
