20g hypercal ointment (available from pharmacies)
2 drops German chamomile
Preparation and Usage:
Put the hypercal ointment into a small cosmetic pot, then stir in the essential oil using the handle of a teaspoon. Apply a little of the ointment to the affected area every few hours and continue to apply for as long as necessary
